  1. I haven’t done the Master Cleanse, but I believe my mum has. It worked really well for her, but she did forget to remove all of the traps in her house and sabotaged herself just before the end of the detox plan. I think it’s really good advice to remove all junk food that won’t benefit you before starting the detox. It could easily make or break the success of the detox!

    • Yes, I think that discipline and strickness to ourselves is a key factor here to be able to finish this plogram but the good thing is that this is a short term detox, 3 or 10 days are not too long, in my mind if you want to achieve results.
